Our Rates:
All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT.
Estimates can be provided by a quote or the engineers before work commences.
Fixed Prices * can be given if requested in the form of a written quotation by the engineer before work commences.
All quotations are subject to 20% VAT.
Material Collection time for non-stock items (Boilers) will be charge and agreed with the customer in advance for £40.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – hours/days worked, full breakdown of the Labour and Materials used.
Insurance Reports/ will be chargeable at a nominal £60.00 incl. VAT
Payment must be made in full immediately by credit/debit card or cash to the engineer upon completion of the job or receipt of the invoice.
Accountability
We will always take responsibility in the unlikely event that work is not carried out to our standards. If you are unhappy please call our office, we will try to resolve your issue by sending an engineer back at a time, that is convenient to you.
